You can successfully restore the icon on the Windows 10 taskbar by launching Windows Explorer. This method is simple and does not involve major system changes.

Step 1: Open Task Manager in Windows 10.

Step 2: Go to System > Windows Explorer in the Task Manager dialog box.

Note: If you can’t delete the folder, you can open the Run dialog box and type services.msc to open the Services window. In the task window, find the folder named Tile Date model server and stop the process.

Go back to File Explorer and try deleting the folder again. At this point, it is clear that it will be deleted quickly.

Now go back to the system desktop and check if the icon has reappeared on the Windows 10 taskbar.

Method 3: Fix icon not showing on Windows 10 Taskbar through Registry Editor


Fix the problem that the icon does not appear in the Windows task using the Registry Editor.

But this process can sometimes be dangerous for your system. Therefore, if you are a beginner, it is recommended not to use the Registry Editor.

Step 1: Launch Registry Editor in Windows 10.
