How to do factory reset Surface Pro 4 without BitLocker key


Just go to the Microsoft website and sign in using your Microsoft account and select the device above that you want to reset.

Alternatively, without a Microsoft account, you can enter the serial number above to confirm and download. You will need a 16 GB USB flash drive formatted in FAT32.
