There are three main steps as below.
Step 1: Open the User Account dialog
Open the application as an administrator. Then type userpasswords2 and press Enter key. This will bring up the User Account dialog.

Optional: You can also press Win + R hotkeys to open the Run dialog box. Then type netplwiz and press Enter key.

Step 2: Create a new user
Click on the Advanced tab. Then click the Advanced button.

- Click More Events on the right side and select New User.

In the New User dialog box, enter a username and leave the other fields blank. Open the box next to User must change password at next login.
Check the box next to User cannot change password and the box next to Password never expires.
Then click Create and Close.

Step 3: Create a Guest User Account in Windows 10
- Right-click on the newly created user and select Properties.
