Press Win + R hotkeys to open the Run box, type azman.msc in the box and click OK/click Enter to open Command Prompt.
Method 2: Open Windows 10 License Manager by searching
Type azman.msc in the taskbar search box and click azman.msc in the search results to access the permission manager.
Method 3: Enable Windows 10 License Manager from Command Prompt (Administrator)
Step 1: Run Command Prompt as Administrator in Windows 10.
Step 2: In the Command Prompt (Admin) window, type azman.msc and press Enter. This will open the permissions control.
Method 4: Launch Windows 10 License Manager from Windows PowerShell (Admin)
Step 1: Run Windows PowerShell as an administrator in Windows 10.
Step 2: Once the Windows PowerShell window opens, type azman.msc and press Enter.
The license manager will flash at the same time.
Method 5: Access Windows 10 License Manager from File Manager
Step 1: Open File Explorer in Windows 10.
Step 2: In the File Explorer window, go to This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Windows > System32 folder.
In the System32 directory, drag the mouse wheel to locate and double-click the Document Console command to launch the Permissions Manager.
